Random Presents

I am enjoying the holidays this year. I haven't really been subjected to joys of the Christmas music this year. I've been taking advantage of the world of online shopping. Not only can I find stuff for cheaper online, I don't have to wade through hoards of people while listening to Christmas music.

However, I think one has to have to be a certain type of Christmas shopper for online shopping to be truly effective. One has to be able to figure out what one wants to get for people without having to browse around a bunch of stores until a good gift is located. Inspiration has to be derived from other sources. Unless you are a person that gives random ass shit in lieu of gifts that require thought.

I like giving the perfect gift. Especially if it's something that they mentioned months ago and totally forgot about. And then its like, BAM! And I'm the shit.

The problem is that I don't like to give gifts that aren't perfect. And there is always one or two peeps that throw me for a loop. And then I don't end up getting them anything, or I end up getting them some crappy gift. Man, I hate giving crappy gifts. I think it's more painful than not giving a gift at all. I gave a bad one last year... and man, that was that shitty. You can hear the feigned excitement in their voice as they try to make you believe that you got them a good gift. It's just not cool. I am not doing that again.

So, from now on, if you don't provide me with inspiration as the holiday's approach, you're not getting anything.

P.S. I wasn't gonna say anything, but there is always some wise-ass who is gonna be like, "Buy me an island." So keep it reasonable, assholes.
